This client came to me as a ball of stress.  She had been putting herself last on her list for years, giving everything she had to her volunteer positions and family.  Most of her meals were healthier take-out for herself and her daughter.

Looking at her diet, we found it lacked any real quality nutrients.  She dreamed of cooking healthful meals, but couldn’t find the time and had no faith in her abilities. She also was not exercising at all.

Over the months, we very slowly have transformed her entire life from top to bottom.  She has begun exercising regularly, and has discovered she is quite strong. She loves the powerful feeling that comes from lifting heavy weights. She has been building a roster of recipes she feels comfortable making, she is shopping for and preparing real food for herself and her daughter, and most importantly, she is learning to say no and prioritize herself, her health, and her family.

Only six weeks into our work together, she felt “so much better!”  Seven months later, the way she approaches her health and shifted her priorities has changed by 180 degrees.
