Your Health Coach Through Perimenopause and Beyond

With over thirty years as a health and fitness leader, educator, and writer, Pamela has dedicated her life to motivating people toward healthier lifestyles and helping women feel better in their bodies. Her BS in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from Chapman University, in addition to her Master’s degree in Professional Writing from USC, makes Pamela an ideal guide and partner through the frustrating and confusing years of perimenopause and beyond.

The mission of Perimenopause PowerUp is to help women maximize their health through the difficult season of perimenopause and establish a solid foundation of health and wellness in menopause.

“In 2015 I began noticing some symptoms that I now know were perimenopause.  It was a rough ride where doctors dismissed my symptoms because of my young age and athletic lifestyle.  I took things into my own hands and learned everything I could about the menopause transition. It has not been easy, but I have learned volumes through my own journey and the journeys of the many clients I have walked alongside through this transition.”

One-On-One Virtual Health Coaching

This level of coaching is made for a woman who has tried to improve her eating and exercise, but ended up with frustration rather than smaller jeans, feeling betrayed by her body and more confused than ever.

I will evaluate current health habits and help to see where we can work with, rather than against, hormones to see results.  We will take small and impactful steps, constantly testing and perfecting.  Our goal is to build a solid foundation of health and wellness that can be maintained long term.

To truly effect meaningful change, it is ideal to commit to six months to one year of coaching.  However, you will pay monthly and can discontinue at any time.  The first month may be refunded if the coaching relationship is not a fit.

  • 45 min coaching calls, 1-2x monthly, depending on need
