This is a client I had been training for about 6 months with workouts only. We had chatted about nutrition on and off. She has a healthy lifestyle balance that includes, golf, low stress, and loves to exercise hard. She also loves her wine and has a very vibrant and fun social life.
This incredibly impressive, driven woman is as stronger and more fit than women 20 years her junior. She has always been unhappy with her midsection, which is where she tends to carry extra weight.
