Powerup Pumpkin Protein Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie recipe delivers protein, veggies, and the best carbohydrates to fuel your workout or recovery with delicious and cozy Fall Pumpkin flavors.

Ingredients:

Frozen cauliflower florets, about 1/2 C

1 Scoop Protein Powder

1 chunk frozen banana, about 1 inch length

1/4 C Pure Pumpkin Puree

Almond Milk

Directions:

  1. Layer ingredients in blender cup starting with cauliflower.
  2. Blend with high-powered blender, until smooth.  Add more almond milk to thin.  Add more banana to sweeten if needed
  3. Enjoy.

Save the remainder of the pumpkin puree can for a smoothie tomorrow or use the rest to make Our Pure Energy Pumpkin Muffins.
