Ingredients:
Frozen cauliflower florets, about 1/2 C
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 chunk frozen banana, about 1 inch length
1/4 C Pure Pumpkin Puree
Almond Milk
Directions:
- Layer ingredients in blender cup starting with cauliflower.
- Blend with high-powered blender, until smooth. Add more almond milk to thin. Add more banana to sweeten if needed
